Lol - I love the fact that Google, and ANet, have taken the effort to create April Fool's jokes - You hardly see it these days, well...I don't anyway, maybe its just me...

Ah I love April Fool's...

Oh, and I saw Microsoft's prank:

Bill Gates said, "Windows Vista is completely bug free!"

Slashdot has a bunch of articles like that. One that I thought was funny was the one about Firefox suing Microsoft over the use of tabs in IE7.

I think Opera had tabs before Firefox, or maybe Mozilla.

Hey don't diss PS3. Even thought it's a George Foreman Grill + Radiator, it still works as a gaming machine.

The google prank was funny but a company actually did this a few years ago successfully. Yeah no kidding a real sewer network http://www.datacenterknowledge.com/a...r_fetched.html

CityNet launched in April 2000 with $100 million in funding from Telecom Partners, Crescendo Ventures and CIBC Capital Partners, and then received another $175 million in debt and equity funding in 2001 from investors including The Carlyle Group, Berkshire Partners and Trimaran Capital Partners. It wired the sewers in Albuquerque and Indianapolis before merging with Universal Access in 2003. The citynettelecom.com domain is now owned by domain speculators.

OK, so I'm late. Hubby just pointed this one out to me (http://mail.google.com/mail/help/paper/index.html ).

Is it a new one or did I just miss it?

There is no way Google can be serious about this... this has to be an extended April Fool's joke or something

It was a joke. They don't advertise it on the front page anymore. But Google leaves those joke pages up so you can still enjoy them if you have a link or do a search.
